In 1998, while Japanese financial institutions were writing off their non-performing loans from their balance sheets, we entered into the non-performing loan investment business. Since that time, having extended our investment activities to include investment in real estate, private equity and investment funds, we have been continuously providing risk money as a leading-edge investor, and have strived to achieve sound investment results for investees and our clients.
